So 61,5 Ists equivalent is what you need if you want to craft yourself plus the base. Jeger posted rune values here somewhere: 2x Bers=60 Ist, 1 Mal=0,5 Ist, 1x Ist. Socket quests used to go for Ist, but I think the price has gone up since then, so 2xIst to Vex in some cases. Not one of the Pro’s here (prob spend more time reading in this forum than playing), so I’ll let them correct me, but I think there’s 2 options not mentioned: Socket quests, if you’re playing with friends or other people and charms.
